Two women, one shared agenda

The Reinvention Rooms started with two women on a Zoom call admitting they were knackered.

The door is open. Welcome to the club.

Georgie built The Calorie Academy, helping women unpick decades of food guilt without restrictive diet rules, and is a life coach. Jodie runs The Colour Rebel, helping midlife women work out who they are through colour, style and a refusal to disappear.

Different lanes, same woman in front of us: clever, capable, and running on empty. The one who holds everything together and has slowly vanished in the process.

So we built a place for her. Not a course. Not a programme. A club. A set of rooms she can step into when she's ready to stop being everyone's everything and start being a bit more herself.

We swear. We're direct.

Hi, I'm Georgie.

A mum, a wife, a business owner, a homeowner, and someone figuring out life as it actually happens, just like you.

Over the last 15 years I have lived through immense grief, loss, burnout and breakdown. And I have built myself back up, every single time, using a range of tools and techniques that I now get to pass on.

I have been coaching women since 2021. Five years on, I am a certified life coach, studying a Level 4 nutrition qualification and a neuroscience course. Understanding the brain and building practical solutions into people's lives is my passion.

Recently, someone described me as the kind of person who can look at someone's life like a puzzle, understand exactly what is happening beneath the surface, and help them rebuild themselves piece by piece, without it ever feeling like an intervention. That is the best description of what I do that I have ever heard.

Lived experience gives you the tools that no amount of certifications can. It is why I am so deeply passionate about this work.

I have been working with Jodie since 2024. The woman you see here today is not the same one I met two years ago. Jodie is the very essence of The Reinvention Rooms. She is the experience, the audience and the pioneer. Bold favours the brave, and she is living proof of that.

Hi, I'm Jodie.

A single mum of two, employed, self-employed, a maximalist homeowner, and someone still figuring life out as I go, just like everybody else.

By day I'm a Sales Operations Director for a global software company. By night I build creative businesses of my own. I love a spreadsheet and I'm obsessed with colour in equal measure. Once I stopped trying to choose between the logical side of me and the creative side, I finally felt like myself again.

I am the person in the group chat with an opinion on almost everything, from which wallpaper works in a north-facing room to whether you should top up your pension. The last few years have been a lot. Divorce, grief, redundancy, hormones, and a lifelong complicated relationship with self-confidence, body image and weight. I spent years trying to make myself easier for everyone else to digest, until I no longer recognised myself.

My passion for colour and design led me to become a colour analyst. I recently managed a maximalist renovation of my own home. It is pattern drenched and colour soaked, and the loudest proof I have of what happens when you stop waiting for permission.

I'm now a certified journal therapy coach, which still makes me laugh given younger me would absolutely have rolled her eyes at that sentence. I'll help you work out who you actually are, then help you start showing up like her. I'm sarcastic, and I don't do toxic positivity. If something is rubbish, I'll tell you kindly, then we make a plan together.

The Reinvention Rooms exists because this is what I needed five years ago. I am building a life I genuinely enjoy living, and I am still learning how. We are so excited to share this with you.
