Live workshop · Thursday 16 July · 8.30pm BSTFrom Overstimulated to In Control
Six weeks of school holidays are coming. This is how you get through them without becoming the family's unpaid events coordinator, chef, referee and emotional support animal.
A practical online workshop for mums who are overwhelmed, overstimulated and already dreading the school holidays. Stop surviving them. Start feeling back in control.
£20 · 90 minutes · live online · replay included
You love them. You're also running on empty.
You've done the maths on the summer holidays and the maths is not good. Six weeks. No school. Constant snacks. Endless questions. Big feelings. Tiny shoes everywhere.
Everyone needs feeding, entertaining, soothing, ferrying, refereeing and reminding where their goggles are. And somehow, most of it lands on you. You're the one remembering the sun cream, booking the days out, managing the moods, noticing who needs new shorts, and losing the plot somewhere around week three.
You are not a bad mum. You are an overstimulated one. There is a difference, and it matters.
This is not a summer survival guide
We are not giving you a colour coded activity chart. We are not telling you to make magical memories every day. We are not here to add another list of things you should be doing.
This is ninety minutes to help you stop running the whole show, get clear on what actually matters, and build a summer that does not cost you your sanity.
Our way of doing it
Not just permission.
Permission, with a plan.
You'll leave with
Non-negotiables that actually hold
Clear lines you can come back to when everyone pushes, whines, asks again, or acts like you personally cancelled joy.
A realistic summer structure
Not a fantasy family schedule. A flexible shape for the holidays that works around real life, real children and real capacity.
Less guilt
Permission to not enjoy every second, to need space, and to stop measuring yourself against other people's highlight reels.
Tools for the moments you feel yourself going
Practical things to reach for when the noise, mess and demands tip from "fine" into "I cannot do this".
Why us
Qualified, not just keen
A certified life coach, and a colour and confidence specialist and certified journal therapy coach.
Real mums, in it too
We're not coaching from a mountain top. We're in the thick of it with you.
Practical, not preachy
You leave with things to actually do, not a feed of motivational quotes.
No toxic positivity
No shame, no "just be grateful". Honest help for real life.
This is for you if
• You are the default parent.
• You are already dreading the school holidays.
• You want boundaries, not bunting.
• You love your children but also need a minute without anyone touching you.
• You want to reach September still recognising yourself.
Not for you if
• You want craft ideas and a Pinterest summer bucket list.
• You're looking for a perfect routine chart.
• You believe mums should do it all and do it cheerfully.
That's just not us.
What it's like to work with us
From women Georgie and Jodie have coached.
"The first time I feel like I'm with a coach that gets being a Mum and a strong female. I don't feel like a failure at all, and I'm finally getting my head around it."
Anna
"Jodie made us feel completely at ease, and I left feeling empowered."
Cheryl
"Georgie helped me regain power over my life. Someone who shows up with advice, empathy, humour and tough love when needed."
Tina
Run by Georgie and Jodie
Between us, we've spent years helping women feel better in their heads, their bodies and their lives. One of us is a certified life coach. The other is a colour and confidence specialist and certified journal therapy coach. Both of us are mums, and both of us know what it is to hold everything together while wondering how much longer you can keep doing it.
We built The Reinvention Rooms because the advice out there is usually either toxic positivity or another thing to feel guilty about. We do neither. We're direct, we're practical, we're a bit sweary, and we're on your side.
How the workshop works
Thursday 16 July, 8.30pm BST. Ninety minutes, live and online. Kids in bed, glass of something, camera off if you like.
Can't make it live? Every ticket includes the replay, sent afterwards so you can watch when the house is finally quiet.
No homework, no shame, no forced sharing and no pretending you're fine when you're not. Just a room full of women who get it, and a practical way to make summer feel less like a six-week endurance event.

Can't make it live?
Every ticket includes the replay, sent after the session. No shame, no FOMO.
Is this just another thing on my to-do list?
No. It's ninety minutes now to save yourself six weeks of carrying it all.
My kids are older. Or younger. Is it still for me?
Yes. The mental load doesn't care how old they are.
What if the holidays have already started?
Even better. Come get a reset before week three finishes you off.
Do I need my camera on?
No. Come as you are. Camera on, camera off, pyjamas, tea, rage snacks. All welcome.
Is this therapy?
No. It's a practical workshop, not therapy. But it will be honest, supportive and built for real life.
How do I join?
Book your spot and you'll get the joining details by email.
